Background

Empyrean Developments was founded in 2006 by Nicholas Charalambous to focus on the London residential property market.

Empyrean delivers projects not only for itself, but for third parties, either in its capacity as a fund manager on behalf of private collective investors or in Joint Ventures with private institutions and individuals.

Empyrean often applies its skills on a consultant basis to land owners who are struggling to crystallise the most from their properties.

Currently, we are managing residential projects to deliver independently or across partnership arrangements 350+ units and 200,000+ sqft of commercial space.
