PLANNING & ARCHITECTURE
Our in-house Planners and Architects will give you a quick outline of what is achievable with your project within the week. Depending on the complexity with would either look to deliver the project internally or assist in architect selection, brief and contracting. In all instances we would project manage the process from inception to completion.

COSTS &

Our Quantity Surveyors will provide costs, varying in the level of detail depending on the stage. The costs are realistic market tested opinion of what the project would cost, suitable to take to funders to secure finance. We work closely with a number of funders to help turn your project into a reality.
CONSTRUCTION & PROCUREMENT

With planning secured and funding in place, we would then advise on the best way to deliver your project. We would advise on the various methods of engaging the construction entities, again managing the process to the very end.
